tend to your fire. tend to your practice. remember the scale of your practice is you.

These words resonated deeply for me . Almost like a new mantra for me to adopt . I told myself I want this month to reflect a love for myself whether it’s by moving my body , putting things into my body that embody my love for it , prayer, solo dates , adventures , etc . I grew up nurturing everyone else , making sure their fires are not only lit but expanding . I found value in tending to the practices of others and in the season , I pray I can lean into myself and give my heart the same grace and dedication… commitment. Thank you for your words, mind and spirit
